一、熒光素（Luciferin）
生物發(fā)光是生物學(xué)研究中的一種基本工具，科學(xué)家們已將自然發(fā)生的生物發(fā)光反應(yīng)的力量應(yīng)用于報(bào)告基因測(cè)定，在該測(cè)定中，熒光素酶在添加發(fā)光底物后產(chǎn)生光。GoldBio提供廣泛的熒光素底物，包括用于小鼠螢光素酶成像、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和ATP測(cè)定的D-熒光素鉀鹽，以及Colenterazine，用于生物發(fā)光共振能量轉(zhuǎn)移（Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer）、ELlSA、高通量篩選測(cè)定以及細(xì)胞和組織中超氧化物陰離子和過(guò)氧亞硝酸鹽的化學(xué)發(fā)光檢測(cè)。GoldBio還提供高靈敏度的單光和雙光Illumination™檢測(cè)試劑盒用于體外測(cè)量螢火蟲（Firefly）熒光素酶和海腎（Renilla）熒光素酶的活性，并有閃光和輝光類型的形式以滿足不同檢測(cè)和發(fā)射持續(xù)時(shí)間需求。此外，GoldBio提供了凍干形式的Illumination™檢測(cè)試劑盒。

二、異丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷（IPTG）
IPTG是一種半乳糖的類似物，不可代謝，可使lac阻遏物失活，誘導(dǎo)大腸桿菌合成β-半乳糖苷酶。在lac操縱子的控制下，克隆的基因表達(dá)是通過(guò)IPTG誘導(dǎo)的。IPTG通常用于誘導(dǎo)重組蛋白，是硫半乳糖苷轉(zhuǎn)乙酰酶的底物，并已報(bào)道在細(xì)菌中誘導(dǎo)青霉素酶。IPTG通常用于需要誘導(dǎo)β-半乳糖苷酶的克隆程序，并且最常與X-Gal一起用于藍(lán)/白細(xì)菌菌落篩選。

三、感受態(tài)細(xì)胞（Competent Cells）
感受態(tài)細(xì)胞是各種研究用途的理想選擇，包括一般克隆、蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)和文庫(kù)構(gòu)建。GoldBio提供大腸桿菌電轉(zhuǎn)感受態(tài)細(xì)胞、化轉(zhuǎn)感受態(tài)細(xì)胞、農(nóng)桿菌電轉(zhuǎn)感受態(tài)細(xì)胞、農(nóng)桿菌化轉(zhuǎn)感受態(tài)細(xì)胞以及其他試劑。GoldBio的電轉(zhuǎn)細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化效率已得到驗(yàn)證，其實(shí)際效率高達(dá)≥1 x 108 cfu/μg DNA。
