將100μl適當(dāng)濃度的小鼠抗體溶液加入樣品孔中。在5分鐘內(nèi)，將出現(xiàn)測(cè)試線（T），顯示抗體的同種型。控制線（C）將出現(xiàn)在遠(yuǎn)端，顯示成功運(yùn)行。該測(cè)定比傳統(tǒng)的ELISA方法更快 更方便。
雖然BALB / c小鼠表達(dá)IgG2a，但是一些其他近交小鼠品系如C57BL / 6，C57BL / 10和NOD不具有IgG2a的基因，而是表達(dá)IgG2c同種型。
